Now Hiring: Bilingual Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19134
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Gifted Potentials is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and Spanish-English bilingual Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. If you are passionate about helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live independently and thrive in their communities, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and hygiene as needed.
- Encourage independence while providing compassionate support.
- Promote community inclusion through social and recreational activities.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
- Provide companionship and positive encouragement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while providing person-centered care.
